I have been managing your franchise insurance needs for more than 10 years and I absolutely love it. I think it’s the challenge of finding you the right insurance for your franchise and getting you the absolute best rate that keeps me going. It’s fun to put myself in your shoes for a while so you can focus on your business and not worry about all the complexities of business insurance – that’s where I come in. It’s a lot like football. I look at the playing field, find where you might be vulnerable and then make sure you have all the blockers (protection) in place so you can hold on to the ball and score. Just like insurance, no two plays are alike and you have to know your stuff.
Franchising has been the foundation of my entire career. I started as a kid working for a franchisee where I was introduced to the daily struggles of small business owners. When I went on to work for a large corporate franchisor, I learned a ton about consistency and brand protection. I saw a lot of programs out there that didn’t quite fit the needs for most franchisees, especially when it came to insurance. That’s been my driving force with Gallagher Franchise Solutions, where I consider myself a franchise-ist. I take a lot of pride in what we’ve created for the franchising industry because I know we’re providing real value. Our clients can sleep better at night knowing they can rely on us to find them the right coverage at the best price. When I’m not busy being a franchise-ist, I love spending time with my family and watching any one of my three sons playing baseball.
My main goal is to ensure high-quality and timely service and solutions are delivered to my clients. I am with my clients every step of the way — making sure they get the best possible renewal and providing support throughout the entire policy period. I have been in the business of small business insurance for more than 10 years, and it’s such a joy to watch the real people behind small businesses grow and succeed.
On a more personal level, two unique things about myself are, firstly, the movie Avatar is my favorite, and the ride at Disney World is incredible — everyone should experience it. Secondly, I worked at NASA’s Scientific Balloon Facility before joining Gallagher.
