Franchisor Minimum Requirements | Sample Certificate | Hired and Non-Owned Auto Coverage
Oxi Fresh corporate has minimum insurance requirements outlined in your franchise agreements. At each insurance renewal, the franchisee should request a certificate of insurance per instructions outlined below.
Policies through Progressive:
You may order Certificates of Insurance (COI) 7 days a week 24 hours a day with the Service Team at select_certificates@ajg.com.
Items that must be included in your request for a COI:
- The insured’s LLC or Corporate name – must be exactly as on the policy
- All Policy Numbers
- Where to email the COI – you should request a copy and in the case of corporate compliance, all certificates must be emailed to BSD Franchise Certs BSD.FranchiseCerts@AJG.com
- The Certificate Holder Entity Name as it should appear on the COI – this is the entity requesting the certificate; i.e. Oxi Fresh Franchising Co., Inc. and Barnett Enterprises, Corp.
- Address of the certificate holder as it should appear on the COI
- Any special requirements requested by the Certificate Holder – i.e. Certificate Holder should be named as an Additional Insured; Waiver of Subrogation should apply to the certificate holder
