Franchisor Minimum Requirements | Sample Certificate
Little Caesars Pizza has minimum insurance requirements outlined in your franchise agreements. At each insurance renewal, the franchisee should request a certificate of insurance per instructions outlined below.
Policies through Crum & Forster:
You may order Certificates of Insurance (COI) 7 days a week 24 hours a day with the Service Team at select_certificates@ajg.com.
Your Crum & Forster insurance policy will include the following limits for Pizza Retail locations unless higher limits requested.
Property Coverages:
- Business Personal Property: $425,000
- Food Spoilage: $25,000
- Signs: $10,000
- Utility Services Direct Damage: $5,000
- Utility Services Time Element: $25,000
- Equipment Breakdown: Included
- Money & Securities: $10,000 On Premises $10,000 Off Premises
- Franchise Coverage Endorsement: Included
Liability Coverages:
- Occurrence Limit: $1,000,000
- General Aggregate: $2,000,000
- Products & Completed Operations Aggregate: $2,000,000
- Deductible: None
- Property Damage Legal Liability: $300,000
- Hired & Non Owned Limit: $1,000,000
- Employee Benefits: $1,000,000
- Employment Practices Liability: $10,000
- General Liability Coverage Extension: Included
Items that must be included in your request for a COI:
- The insured’s LLC or Corporate name – must be exactly as on the policy
- All Policy Numbers
- Where to email the COI – you should request a copy and in the case of corporate compliance, all certificates must be emailed to xxxxxxx
- The Certificate Holder Entity Name as it should appear on the COI – this is the entity requesting the certificate
- Address of the certificate holder as it should appear on the COI
- Any special requirements requested by the Certificate Holder – i.e. Certificate Holder should be named as an Additional Insured; Waiver of Subrogation should apply to the certificate holder
